Jenny is a homeschooling mom and busy curriculum developer. Her site, The Brilliant Homeschool, has been running for about 10 year now all while Jenny teaches her kids at home. The Brilliant Homeschool ran into some challenges as the PHP level was raised. She loved her site layout, but the theme was just not compatible with current WordPress software or PHP. Together, we went to work to make all of the improvements her site needed.
The site layout is essentially the same, but there were areas that needed improvement. For example, image dimensions so that they were not cropping off, spacing of elements, and functionality. With outdated plugins deleted, PHP upgraded, and images optimized, her site is now meeting Core Web Vital demands. Yay!
About The Brilliant Homeschool:
One important job of Jenny’s site is to grow her email list through the promotion of key lead magnets. Her site has them sprinkled throughout, and email list members have access to an exclusive free resource library. Jenny is able to promote her curriculum through this sharing as well.
